Glamping in Brittany — personally selected by Rink-Jan
Glamping Brittany
Brittany is the westernmost peninsula of France, with a coastline that alternates between wide sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. The ocean climate keeps summers mild, around 22 degrees in July and August. Our campsite is in Fouesnant on the south coast of Finistère, four hundred metres from the beach and bordering a protected nature reserve.
Camping Kost Ar Moor has a water park with a large pool, slide, paddling pool and a balneo zone, plus a wellness area with a private sauna, Nordic bath and massage cabin. There's a snack bar with themed evenings, a campsite shop in July and August, and a kids' club on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Bikes, regular or electric, can be hired on site.

DISCOVER THE REGION
Brittany — more than just glamping
Discover what makes the Brittany region so special — from breathtaking nature to rich culture and endless activities.
LOCATION & CLIMATE Brittany is France's westernmost peninsula; the campsite is in Fouesnant, on the south coast of Finistère. The oceanic climate keeps the summers mild: around 22 degrees in July and August, 17 to 20 in May and September. The beach is a four-hundred-metre walk away, and the campsite borders a protected nature reserve.
NATURE The coast alternates between wide sandy beaches, dunes and rugged cliffs. La Pointe du Raz is the most spectacular spot: rocks that drop tens of metres straight into the ocean. Off the coast lie the Glénan Islands, with white sand and clear water reminiscent of the tropics. Behind the dunes are woods and tidal marshes full of birds.
ACTIVITIES Swimming and beach walks at Mousterlin and the beaches of Fouesnant, sailing and surfing in the bay, and boat trips to the Glénan Islands between June and September. You can hire bikes at the campsite for the coastal routes. There are also the markets of Bénodet and Fouesnant, and oyster tastings at the oyster farms along the coast.
CULTURE Brittany has Celtic roots, with its own language, music and summer festivals. Concarneau has a walled fishing town in the middle of its harbour; Quimper is the old capital of Cornouaille, with a Gothic cathedral and a tradition of earthenware. Here you eat crêpes and galettes in every crêperie, with cider from a bowl.
