Rink-Jan is available on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00 via 050-785 54 52. Outside office hours you can always send a WhatsApp message — he will respond as soon as possible.
On WhatsApp and email we typically respond within 24 hours, often the same day. During peak season it may take a little longer, but you will always receive a personal reply.
Absolutely. Rink-Jan knows every campsite and every lodge type personally. He would be happy to help you put together the perfect holiday based on your wishes, group size and budget.
You can book via our website or by contacting Rink-Jan. After your booking, you pay a deposit of 30%. The remaining amount is due 6 weeks before arrival. You will always receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Contact Rink-Jan as soon as possible. Changes to dates or lodge type are often possible, depending on availability. Cancellation costs are stated in our general terms and conditions. Want to be sure of your money? Take out the short-term cancellation insurance from RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl when booking. The premium is 5.5% of the trip price, excluding policy costs and insurance tax. Do this within 7 days of your booking.
Yes. Rink-Jan is also available during your holiday via WhatsApp or telephone. Should anything arise at the campsite or with your lodge, he will help you straight away or liaise with the campsite owner.
Yes. When booking, you can take out short-term cancellation insurance from RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl. This covers cancelling before departure and unused days during your holiday, for example due to illness, an accident or another unforeseen circumstance. The premium is 5.5% of the trip price, excluding policy costs and insurance tax. Take it out within 7 days of your booking. For groups of 10 or more people, there's a separate group insurance.
